We help students strengthen their academic skills to earn their GED certificates or to be work-ready so they can jump onto the path to stability and success.   • Create a professional, respectful, student-centered learning environment for personalized instruction. We provide instructors with curriculum, assessment tools, and other electronic resources; we need you to do the magic!
  • Classroom management and interpersonal skills are essential to build the student-instructor relationships needed for student success.
  • Strong verbal and written skills are required for professional-level reporting, whether daily, through bi-weekly meetings, monthly reports, etc.
  • Instructors are role models and education advocates for our at-risk youth.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
    • At least one year experience in coaching, training, or teaching is preferred.
    • Experience teaching GED test prep skills also preferred.
    • Experience educating at-risk youth population a plus.
