Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist at {EMPLOYER-DESC}, you will be integral in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and manage chronic conditions, improving their movement abilities and managing pain. This role involves assessing patient needs, crafting individual therapy plans, and implementing treatment strategies that help enhance quality of life. Evaluate patients’ medical history to determine feasible treatment plans. Observe and interpret patients' symptoms and communicate findings to therapeutic staff and patient families. Develop personalized treatment plans to address specific conditions and needs. Implement therapeutic interventions for alleviating pain and improving motor functions. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing management strategies. Document patient care and progress, updating records and providing reports as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes. Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology Knowledge of therapeutic and exercise techniques Ability to operate specialized equipment for physical therapy Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient management Strong organizational and documentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Preferably certified in specialized areas related to physical therapy (e.g., orthopedics, neurology, geriatric, pediatric)
