Accepted: Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist Position Overview We
are seeking a detail?oriented Medical Assistant to support our
clinical research operations. This role performs a variety of
laboratory and clinical support tasks including specimen
collection, blood draws, kit creation, inventory management, and
shipping of research specimens. Key Responsibilities Assist CRCs
and Investigators with day?to?day clinical study activities to
support the efficient conduct of clinical trials. Perform blood
draws and specimen collection according to study protocols. Manage
specimen inventory, packaging, and shipping in compliance with
regulatory and study requirements. Prepare and assemble study kits
for upcoming clinical trials. Conduct Quality Control (QC)
activities related to source documents and Case Report Forms
(CRFs). Support general lab tasks as directed by the Lab
Supervisor. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy
experience (required). Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and
Excel. Intermediate to advanced comfort with internet and web?based
technology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High
attention to detail and strong document review abilities. Training
or experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and medical
documentation standards preferred. Ability to work both
independently and collaboratively in a fast?paced clinical research
environment. Preferred Skills Clinical research experience BLS
and/or ACLS certification Blood draw proficiency Medical assistant
or phlebotomy experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to
Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility
