looking for an aggressive, organized and highly motivated
professional to join our Inside Sales Team in MELBOURNE.FL. The
applicant will be results driven, detail oriented and customer
focused. This candidate should possess an overwhelming desire to
succeed and thrive in an inside sales team environment. The
position requires the ISR to work in a discrete sales position with
their own quota. In addition, the Inside Sales Representative will
qualify and convert new leads into paying customers. To be
successful in the position, the ideal candidate must have strong
negotiation skills, strong communication skills and excellent
organization and follow-up skills.
Principal duties and responsibilities -
Sell Provider Solutions software into new and existing clients in
the low-end acute hospital market 1-25 beds Develop and execute the
sales plan in collaboration with field counterparts Format and
deliver quotes to clients Qualify and validate incoming leads to
convert to sales revenue Maintain Salesforce while ensuring
accuracy for forecasting purposes Successfully forecast Build
trusting relationships with customers Maintain a positive, winning
attitude Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the
products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for
Knowledge, skills and qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of related
Minimum years of work experience: At least 2 years
* Proven ability to sell services to professional clients.
* Results-oriented self-starter with strong communication
* Strong computer skills (Salesforce, Word, Outlook, etc).
* Strong interpersonal skills that promotes positive working
relationships with clients and co-workers.
Preferred skills: : Collaboration, Conflict Management, Ability to
make good decisions, Desire to Succeed and Advance
