Job Description:
S UMMARY To provide focused sales and business development
leadership to achieve growth and profitability for the RF Amplifier
Business Segment of the Corporation This individual has the
responsibility and authority to perform the assigned tasks listed
below. ESSE NTIAL DU T I E S AND R E S P ON S I B I L I T I E S
Identifying and capturing new business opportunities for the
corporation’s RF Amplifier product lines. Supporting the
development and implementation of the annual corporate business
development plan. Maintaining a new business forecast to facilitate
business projections. Create and maintain or direct the creation
and maintenance of product literature and customer presentations.
Conducting marketing research to identify market trends and
competitive influences in the marketplace. Establishing and
maintaining competition files. Responsible for participating in the
quality management system initiatives and adhering to all
requirements. Responsible for performing other related tasks deemed
necessary by superiors. An experienced marketing professional with
significant experience in the marketing and sales of defense and
commercial RF Amplifier solutions. BS/BA degree or equivalent.
Eight (8) to 10 years professional work experience in sales and
marketing, engineering, or program management in military and
commercial RF Amplifier markets. Thorough knowledge of military
communications markets including major manufacturers, suppliers and
customers. Working knowledge of military and commercial electronics
applications for the company products. Willingness to travel on
both domestic and international basis as required. Demonstrated
ability to interface in a positive manner with customers. . R ea s
