You will start as a financial professional who works hand-in-hand with clients to build your experience as you move through the program’s requirements. For methodology, please see http://fortune.com/fortune500/ Compensation: $65,000 at plan commission Responsibilities: Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs Qualifications: Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial Sales experience necessary Knowledge of cultural markets a plus Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience About Company New York Life is a Fortune 100 company with a long history of doing good.
