The Acquisitions Sales Associate role is a "sales" role where your goal is actually to BUY properties from homeowners for the company. You will do this by diving deep into the owner's pain points and, based on a thorough analysis of the property's value, make them an offer that perfectly solves their problem while creating profit for the company.

Prior real estate acquisitions is a huge plus, but aren't necessary. More important are innate sales skills, passion for people, and a desire to learn and develop. We have an amazing training program to ramp you up regardless of prior experience in real estate.
Advancement in this role is immense due to our ambition and rapid expansion.
Commission-based pay structure. Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
Follow up on all leads and requests for information
Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers


Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Requires an enthusiastic passion for helping people and solving their problems
--- 1+ year of experience in outside sales desired
--- 1+ year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
--- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
--- Exceptional listening skills
--- Able to identify problems and create solutions
--- Must live in Brevard County, FL
