Job DescriptionAcrisure has been named the fastest growing
insurance brokerage firm three years in a row by Business Insurance
Magazine. We have over 500 locations across the US and continue to
grow every month. To fuel that growth, we have another exciting
opportunity for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative
at RRL Insurance, an Acrisure Agency Partner. This position will be
responsible for servicing assigned accounts within the Commercial
Lines Division while acting as a liaison between our customers and
our company. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability
to master product knowledge related to the products we
service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer insured's questions received via phone call or
email
- Process changes to insurance policies
- Issue certificates of insurance
- Bill endorsements in agency management systems. This function
may involve reviewing the insured's account, obtaining finance
agreements and collect payment from the insured.
- Report insured's claims to carrier and follow up
- Monitor pending cancellations
- Enter and maintain information in agency management system
accurate including driver/vehicles schedules
- Notate all correspondence, email, phones calls, etc. in agency
management system
- Flagging suspense and pending items in agency management system
for follow-up with insured or carrier
- Assist Account Manager with renewals and rewrites
- Provide back up for other agency CSRs
- Ensure the accuracy of the information in the agency management
system
- Communicate with clients on day-to-day activity in professional
manner

- High school or the recognized equivalent in education and
experience, required
- Possession of a 440 CSR or 220 General Lines insurance license,
or willingness to obtain with 90 days or hire, required
- Three years insurance experience, preferredTechnology Skills:
- EPIC or similar agency management software experience,
preferred
- Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)Other Qualifications:
- Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of
interaction with team members
- Self-motivated and driven
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication
- Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization
skills to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of
