Job Description Farm Bureau Insurance of Brevard is seeking a career oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our Rep's work directly with our Career Agents and Management by providing friendly and professional service for our new and existing policyholders. Our main company, Florida Farm Bureau Insurance, is one of the oldest and strongest domestic insurers in the State of Florida. We also write with other approved carriers to meet the needs of Florida's complex Insurance market. Your Role With Us Assist clients with insurance billing questions and payments. Quote and process existing policy changes. Quote and bind new business on an as needed basis. Track renewals and provide claims assistance. Ensure positive customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Qualifications and Skills Required Good verbal, listening, and written communication skills. Strong follow-up and follow-through. Computer savvy with the ability to navigate on carrier websites. Ability to learn insurance carrier guidelines and procedures. Have or obtain a 440 or 220 Property and Casualty Insurance license after hire. Employer will pay the cost. Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Thank you for considering our agency.
