Job Description:

The Sales Support Administrator supports a team of field, large account, or strategic sales representatives. They will facilitate proper documentation, execution and delivery of customer quotes and orders.This person will primarily use telephone and email techniques to support Sales representatives by creatively working to increase sales opportunities. They will assist Sales representatives as they close sales and they manage strategic selling opportunities for Nuance products and services, typically for an assigned territory/group/team.Principal duties and responsibilities:Process requests from field, large account, or strategic sales representativesGenerate customer quotes using tools and templates with a high degree of accuracyFacilitate the purchase order process for existing customersSubmit completed quotes, purchase orders, and SalesForce opportunities to Order Management for processingPartner with Account Executives to drive sales contracts and service agreements through our corporate Contracts Approval Process (CAPS)Maintain high customer service standards and demonstrate professional presence, proper email and telephone etiquette, and proper routing of all inbound and voicemail collected calls within an acceptable time frameKnowledge, skills and qualifications -Education: High schoolMinimum years of work experience: 2-4Required skills:Structured and organized way of workingStrong MS Office skills, particularly ExcelGood team playerAbility to convey information in verbal/written/non-verbal forms in a constructive, clear and concise mannerPreferred skills:Tool knowledge: SalesForce or other CRMBe attentive to all of our internal and external customers; anticipate and/or identify their needs and concernsHigh quality of work and strong attention to detailDemonstrates solid judgment in selecting and resolving issues# LI-Hybrid# LI-CP1Nuance offers a compelling and rewarding work environment.
