Other responsibilities to include:- Support shop floor production and manufacturing- Provide surface mount technology support- Design and maintain machine programs w/ assistance from Engineering- Soldering- Assist w/ paste screen printer and inspection- Assist w/ flow profiles and AOI + AXI programs- Assist w/ creating new stencil designs and/or placement program for surface mounts- Analyze and utilize Gerber and CAD date supplied by customers- Evaluate break/fix requirements- Collaborate w/ SMT/Product Engineering teams and provide guidance on process-related questions- Update existing SMT programs as needed- Analyze performance data and make appropriate changes as required- Support Quality Management SystemWhat You Need for this PositionQualified candidates will possess as much of the following as possible:- High School diploma/GED equivalent (ideally an Associates)- 4+ years of professional experience in electronics industry- Experience in PCB assembly industry- Experience working with all component types in SMT (pick-and-place, solder rework, thermal profiling, x-ray, automatic optical inspection, etc.)- Experience following RoHS guidlines- Familiarity w/ IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards- Possess excellent problem solving skills- Possess strong leadership skills- Possess strong communication (verbal/written) skillsCandidates MUST be citizen w/ ITAR compliance. Candidates MUST be able to pass a standard background check.
