Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operational tracking and booking acceptance.
Provide customers with updates on shipment status and handle any issues, such as delays or returns.
Manage network capacity and coordinate with internal systems for customer bookings.
Create orders for invoicing purposes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on gateway operations and customer shipment handling.
Spend approximately 10-15% of the day on customer booking requests, 10% on order creation, and 10% on updating internal trackers.
Engage in operational tracking, administrative updates, and internal communication.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in internal flight tracking software and tools such as Flight Movement Manager.
Familiarity with load manifest processes and capacity management tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
