Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an
Principal Electrical Power Systems Engineer / Sr Principal
Electrical Power Systems Engineer to join our team of qualified,
diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne,
FL.
The Electrical Engineer reports to the Product Definition System
IPT and will be part of the Electrical Power Systems (EPS) team.
The ideal candidate will support the integration and qualification
of the EPS in a laboratory environment and on vehicle. He/she will
also work closely with Systems Integration & Test, Mission Systems,
Airworthiness, and other sub-IPTs.
Responsibilities and Skills include:
Integration and test of the EPS in a lab environment
Supporting integration and qualification of EPS on vehicle
Usage of common test equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope,
DeweSoft, etc.
Generation of documentation such as test procedures, test reports,
Electrical Load Analysis (ELA), etc.
Troubleshooting 28 VDC, 270 VDC, as well as 115 VAC
Working independently as well as working well with others
Basic Qualifications:
Salary Range 2: $108,600 USD - $163,000 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
