This position can be located in Redondo Beach, CA, or Melbourne, FL. The selected candidate will report to the Manager, Audit Liaison & Labor Reporting.Essential Functions:Audit support (i.e., MAAR6, Business Systems, etc.)Indirect cost reviewsLabor reportingResponding to charging practice and policy inquiriesInterprets federal and state and/or international regulationsas they apply to products, financial processes, and otherprocesses, practices and proceduresImplements policies and procedures to ensure that theseare in compliance with the appropriate statutes andregulations and that regulatory reporting requirements aremetInvestigates and resolves compliance problems, questions,or complaints received from other units of the company,customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.May develop and implement programs designed to increaseemployee awareness and knowledge of compliance policiesMay audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, anddocumentation for compliance with government laws andregulationsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 6 years of compliance, accounting, finance, and/or cost related experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of stated experienceKnowledge of Cost Accounting Standards and Federal Acquisition RegulationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred Qualifications:DCAA audit experienceAerospace/Defense Industry experienceInternal Cost Scrub experienceWorking knowledge of TableauSalary Range: 72200 - 125400Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
