Job Description:

The Customer Data Analyst is responsible for providing the analysis of data sets from multiple internal and external customers through a variety of analytical software programs, providing output and insight on data validation, whole data reporting, usage and revenue data, as well as data trends to support internal customers (Customer Programs, Value Proposition, Bids & Proposals and other functional support teams) and external customers to include supported airlines and authorized third party vendors. Output data processed in compliance with individual customer contracts to provide the depth of analysis necessary to support required deliverables. Responsible for continuous improvement of data collection, processing and analysis, as well as defining objectives and requirements to meet contract parameters and customer needs. Responsible for committed timeand quality standards throughout the full life cycle of all assigned projects. Position requires the handling and processing of customer sensitive data.Responsibilities and duties:

  • Ensures customer contractual requirements are met with timeliness and accuracy based on defined SLAs as well as other customer commitments
  • Monitor product revenue through in-depth analysis Generates and maintains documentation related to projects and daily department functions
  • Process & Support Refunds as well as other customer service related functions
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources to validate & reconcile data, reports, and other data measures
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
  • Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment
  • Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes
  • Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole
  • Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each customer analysis project
  • Create, test, and oversee the test card process that supports multiple programs as well as numerous aircraft maintenance stationsRequirements:
    • AA Degree in related field or combination of education and at least 3-years relevant work experience
    • Demonstrated project planning and execution experience in a business environment
    • Regular attendance and punctuality is required
    • Must have a positive & team-centered attitude
    • Must be willing to travel domestically as required
    • Must be well groomed and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company dress code
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the position is located
    • Must speak, read and write English fluently
    • Must pass a 7 year background check and drug test
    • Strong analytical skills with focus on attention to detail
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including strong skills using the following: Word, ExcelContract length: 12 monthsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourSchedule:
