Property Registration Champions, LLC dba PROCHAMPS (PRC), based in Melbourne, Florida, is a full-service technology and system administrator for property registration programs across the country. The Company efficiently manages vacant, foreclosure and rental property registration programs on behalf of local municipalities to help achieve higher property registration compliance, which in turn improves neighborhood safety, reduces crime and increases home values. PROCHAMPS provides a turnkey solution to municipal customers by (i) identifying properties that require registration, (ii) verifying that the property meets the local ordinances for registration, (iii) contacting the responsible party to register, and (iv) collecting registration fees and updating the municipality's database on an automated ongoing basis.------Basic Function:--Review, analyze and evaluate business processes, systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.--Primary Duties:----------------Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements ----------------Track project progress, ensure that projects are delivered on-time and meet objectives----------------Consult with management and staff to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, opportunities for process efficiency improvements and automation, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements.----------------Complete end-user testing to ensure proper function of new and existing system requirements----------------Monitor, validate, and disburse helpdesk tickets created by internal team members in a timely fashion----------------Perform data analysis and provide assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing applications, systems and procedures.----------------Construct process diagrams and workflow charts; studying system capabilities; writing specifications----------------Maintain current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.----------------Performs other related duties as assigned *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any timeSkills, Knowledge and Abilities:----------------Knowledge of process and system analysis techniques ----------------Ability to write clear requirements----------------Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques to determine whether difficulties are due to lack of training on the part of the user, hardware, software or communications problems ----------------Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail ----------------Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.----------------Ability to negotiate and settle differences quickly and peacefully.----------------Teamwork-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business development----------------Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills and highly organized----------------Prefer individual with strong data analysis skills--Requirements:----------------Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school ----------------Prefer ECBA or similar certification or at least 2 to 4 years of related experience----------------Excellent written and verbal communication skills required ----------------Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) --Physical Demands of the Position:----------------Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 75% of the time----------------Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms----------------Talk and hear with or without aid 100% of time----------------Frequently communicates with internal and external audiences via phone, computer and in person----------------The employee is occasionally required to walk and/or stand----------------Vision abilities required for this position include close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) due to computer work
Work Environment:----------------Performs work in indoor professional office environment 100% of the time----------------No substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions--------------The level of noise is moderate (general office)--------------This position requires working with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines--
