Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a highly
motivated *Principal / Senior Principal System Engineer (Level
3/4)* to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our
*System Test Team* based out of *Melbourne, FL*.
In this role, you will primarily support the E-2D Mission System
programs. You will provide support for all system test activities,
to include test planning, creation of required test procedures,
post-test data analysis, creation of problem reports, and reporting
on test results. The selected candidate shall display
professionalism, leadership, have a strong work ethic, while be
able to work well with others, and be able to function as member of
the E-2D System Test Team.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however,
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining
base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the
position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and
current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,
