Hiring Solar Lead GeneratorsFull Time -/ Hourly rate plus commission -Entry Level Sales -The solar industry worldwide is expected to grow by 4x from $52B in 2018 to $223B in 2026. With incentives increasing and the cost of solar power decreasing, the solar power industry is growing rapidly. Keeping up with demand is exciting and provides immense opportunity. Solar not only benefits the environment, but drastically decreases utility bills and increases the homes value. By entering the solar sales world you will have job security for years to come. -Our local solar company is looking for candidates excited about the world of solar and sales. In this role you will start out lead generating: by approaching homes to market and promote the benefits of switching to solar, setting appointments for the homeowners to learn more, and qualifying them for a solar system. Then, throughout the training process you will learn how to finalize and close sales to move forward into a closing role. -Candidates applying should be excited, passionate, extremely friendly, and eager to learn! We want to help you grow and succeed to making an extremely comfortable salary, with no college degree required. -Benefits

• Starting rate: $15-22 an hour, PLUS commission: there is a lot of money to be made in solar sales with no degree required -

  • Approach homes to lead generate and educate homeowners on the positive effects of solar energy, including: the reduction of utility bills, clean energy for the environment, and worthwhile investment to increase home value.
  • Ability to capitalize on sales opportunities in residential areas, and responding to referrals -
  • Qualify and set appointments for potential customers
  • Learn valuable sales skills by training side by side with our team until you're comfortable -
  • Negotiate and close sales -
  • Answer questions, make suggestions, and assist customers with the products and services we offer
  • Hit individual and team sales goals -
  • Guide customers through the sale and installation process by providing -exceptional customer service -
  • Have a positive, self motivated mindset. We are looking for people to work hard and quickly move up to leadership roles
  • Attend required meetings and trainingRequirements
    • Drivers license and reliable transportation required
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Should be willing and excited to learn about solar sales
    • Must be hardworking and self motivated to meet individual and team goals
    • Must be comfortable lead generating by -approaching potential customers homes in a residential setting
    • Should be extremely outgoing and friendly
    • Must be professional at all times
    • Must have excellent customer service skills -
