Advanced Development Program (ADP) is Blue Origin's team dedicated
to developing mission architectures, creating, and feeding new
technologies into our existing offerings, building our next

seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Integrator to
join the Lunar Permanence Team, reporting programmatically to the
Lead Systems Engineer. Your initial assignment will be to serve as
a Systems Integrator under development in the Lunar Permanence
Program area. Passion for our mission and vision is required! ADP
is responsible for all Blue Origin's orbital and planetary flight
systems, services, and products, and a wide range of concepts,
proposals, and development projects.Responsibilities:
- End-to-End ownership of System Integration of Blue's Lunar
Lander
- Understand and decompose system level functions to facilitate
vehicle design and test
- Apply complete understanding on a wide application of technical
principles, theories, concepts, and tools in Systems Engineering
such as CONOPs development, requirements analysis, and interface
definition
- Have frequent inter-organizational and customer interactions on
difficult technical issues (e.g. to define system interfaces in
collaboration with HW/SW teams)
- Work independently to determine and develop approaches to
solutions
- Contribute to the mentoring and training of other
personnel
- Own technical budgets and use them to drive vehicle allocations
and identify likelihood of technical success
- Manage team of System Integrators responsible for overseeing
system integration of all subsystemsQualifications:
- Passion for our mission: Millions of people living and working

- Minimum of a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace
Engineering, or similar
- Experience working on rapid development teams
- General knowledge of space systems design and requirements
(e.g. thermal, vibration, shock, EMI/EMC, acoustics, electrical
grounding/bonding)
- General knowledge of hardware and software design and
integration
- General knowledge of HIL/SIL integration and test
operation
- Experience working on several subsystem teams (e.g. Avionics,
GNC, Structures & Mechanisms, etc.)
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional
relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident
(current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as
a refugee or granted asylum.
- Participate, as needed, in technical and programmatic customer
interactions that require your expertise
- Work inter-dependently with other project members to drive
progress at the program levelDesired:
- M.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or
related technical subject area
- 8+ years of experience in space system engineering or a
relevant and fungible experience
- 4+ years of HIL/SIL experience on spaceborne avionics
- 4+ years of systems integration experience
- Experience leading teams of engineers and defining technical
goals and success metrics
- Exposure or experience in flight test integration
- Experience with requirements development/management tools such
as DOORS Next Gen
- Experience with systems engineering modeling tools, such as
Rhapsody or Cameo.
