Your Role: What you'll be doing
ULA's facility in Cape Canaveral, FL has an opening for a Labor
Relations Specialist! This role serves as the site's labor
relations representative and is the primary human resources point
of contact for all local IAMAW union-represented employees and
their ULA leaders. This role works closely with site leadership and
union representatives to influence and foster a collaborative and
productive labor-management relationship.
