Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking candidates for an Organization Effectiveness Rep located in Melbourne, FL or Palmdale, CA (open to hybrid/partial telecommuting). This position reports to the Manager of Organization Effectiveness and may require some travel. Key Responsibilities: Provide lead support for the Aeronautics Sector to consult with Enterprise counterparts, and the HR community to provide support to Early Careers Initiatives, Performance Management, Knowledge Sharing, Mentoring and Sponsorship programs.
Consult with business leaders and HR partners on organization transformations, reorganizations, realignments, culture initiatives, change management, and employee listening.
Diagnose organizational needs and develop comprehensive solutions to increase team and organization effectiveness
Collaborate internally to implement strategies that create systemic cultural shifts and increased leadership effectiveness across the sector A successful candidate will have the following characteristics: Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships across the Aeronautics HR community to enhance the understanding and knowledge of OE solutions focused on team, organizational and business success.

Business acumen: focused on how HR processes and tools accelerate business results
Systems thinking approach with ability to leverage systems functionality to advance strategy and business objectives Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a related field HR, Industrial Psychology, or Organizational Design OR a Master's degree
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong listening and team building skills Preferred Qualifications: Confident and comfortable presenter that will provide trainings/materials to the HR Homeroom
Strong data analysis skills
Experience managing a portfolio of projects simultaneously Salary Range: $60,600 USD - $105,200 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
