Job Description:


* Monday thru Friday Shift 3:00am to 12:30pm
* Senior program cooking begins at 3 am. This consist of cooking for around 350-375 poeple. food is prepared and put in 3 compartment trays by our team.
* Breakfast and Lunch. Breakfast consist of 35- 40 meals and consist of Egg,s Waffles, Pancakes and other items per Chefs menu.
* Lunch can go up to 150 meals. This includes an Entree, Grill Item and Pasta Dish.
* Must be able to work without supervision and take pride in your work.
* Receive stock and properly store, check with Chef for items needed to be pulled.
* Continuous maintenance and sanitation of Snack Bar and Dining areas.
* Proper clean up/restocking at shift's end - assist dish room, if necessary.
* Sweep, mop, and clean areas as directed throughout the shift.
* Practice good personal hygiene, grooming standards and follow uniform policy at all times.
* Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
* Work as a team player for the same common goal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Melbourne, FL 32901: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

* High school or equivalent (Preferred)

* Restaurant experience: 3 years (Required)
