Work onsite in a collaborative and dynamic environment where new challenges are the norm!On-site in Melbourne, Florida you will have the opportunity to support our nation's classified, top-priority programs, developing and building our next-generation airborne defense solutions for our country.About the Role:Provides administrative support to Subcontract Managers and Subcontract Specialists, which will include invoice processing and tracking, subcontract reporting, metric data collection, status tracking and reporting, coordination of approvals for various Subcontract Management processes, coordinating supplier events, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, booking travel arrangements, processing expense reports, data entry, file management and other duties as required.The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related procurement experienceMS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsActive, In-Scope DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher that has been granted / renewed within the past 6 yearsAbility to obtain and maintain Special Program AccessPreferred Qualifications:SAP experienceActive Special Program AccessExcellent Presentation SkillsWhat We Offer:We offer flexible work arrangements, 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment.
