This position will be located in Melbourne, FL. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain program access prior to commencement of employment.Essential Functions:Coordinates with network administrators and program security to maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems (on Windows and Linux) including performance tuning, installing system-wide software, and scaling environments to meet program needs.Ensures systems adhere to program configuration and data management plansPerforms software maintenance including but not limited to upgrades, patches, and configuration controlAide the assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identify where those systems and networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policyAssists in the creation of program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and accreditation of systemsPerform analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguardsPeriodically conduct a complete review of each system's audits and monitor corrective actions until all actions are closedBasic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree and 2+ years of cyber and/or systems administration experience OR Masters Degree and 0 years of cyber and/or systems administration experiencePrior experience managing or configuring information security tools. Namely experience at least one of the following: Splunk, Nexus, McAfeePrevious cybersecurity, Information Assurance experience, and/or system administration experienceCurrent DoD Secret in security clearance with SSBI within the last 6 yearsDoD 8570Preferred Qualifications:Systems Administration experience in Window and/or RHEL environmentsExperience configuring, operating, monitoring, maintaining, and administering computer systems, patch deployment and management systems, or virtual environments for servers and workstationsExperience writing scripts (i.e. Batch, Bash, PowerShell, Python) to automate routine taskCurrent DoD 8570 Certification exceeding IAT Level 2Current DoD Top Secret security clearanceCurrent SAP program accessSalary Range: $71,500 USD - $107,300 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
