Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:Position: Supervisor, Enterprise Applications DepartmentLocation: Rockledge, FL (Can work Remote, but MUST be available to come to occasional on-site meetings/MUST LIVE IN FLORIDA)Pay: $85,945.60 - $128,918.40**Please answer all application questions. Failure to answer ALL questions will result in your application not being considered.To be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Service and Stewardship by being responsible for personnel management, applications management and process management. This position is responsible for first-line engagement with customers, service lines, demand management and delivery management. This position report to Manager or higher.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Engagement:

  • Create an engaging work climate; inspires and motivates individuals and teams to achieve outstanding performance
  • Recruit, hire, train and set clear job expectations for associates.
  • Meet with associates individually, and as a team, on a scheduled basis to keep them informed of important activities and to review progress.
  • Conduct timely performance management for associates which includes goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, development planning and disciplining.
  • Reward and recognize associates, leveraging various tools and programs.
  • Improve associate engagement by understanding associate feedback and then implementing actions to create a more positive workplace through effective listening and communication.
  • Oversee the professional development of the team and their continued training.
  • Lead team to attain department goals, continuously monitoring to ensure successful completion of goals.
  • Support the ongoing Health First change initiatives.
  • Communicate and engage proactively with staff, vendors, Managers and Directors.
  • Complete and approve associate timecard entries biweekly in Kronos.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teamQuality/No Harm:
    • Work closely with direct reports to support them during their day-to-day workflow.
    • Support the demand and fulfillment of personnel to fulfill requests and incidents
    • Provide timely status reports to management regarding departmental and interdepartmental activities.
    • Assure that assigned associates respond to customer support issues on a timely basis.
    • Prepare purchase and acquisition paperwork for approval by leadership
    • Monitor the progress of initiatives/projects, keeping stakeholders, management and Project Management Office (PMO) informed regarding resource demand, fulfillment, costs and implementation schedules.
    • Understand all aspects of business requirements and their relationship to application requirements
    • Mentor team members on creating appropriate technical documentation
    • Review test plans for team
    • Coordinate cross functional work efforts across teamsStewardship:
      • Actively engage team in streamlining application set and seeking out ways to implement lean processes
      • Actively explore ways to fully utilize application functionality
      • Ensure adequate testing is performed and documented prior to implementation
      • Competently assist team in managing all assigned projects
      • Keep management informed of status of activities and issues
      • Mentor other team members assisting associates with more complex issues or projects
      • Utilize resources wisely, handling routine and intermediate issues without management intervention
      • Ability to effectively implement and maintain initiatives and guide projects through the approval processCustomer Experience:
        • Assist in the prioritization of incidents, service requests and initiatives.
        • Ensure compliance with the Health First Policies and Procedures.
        • Understand application(s) functionality
        • Assume response to customer support requests are within contracted standards including maintenance of documentation and tracking
        • Help Business Systems Analysts perform systems analysis and needs assessment as requested by end-users
        • Make recommendations for process improvements and works with the team to see that those improvements are implementedQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
          • Bachelor's degree or relevant years' experience
          • 5+ years' experience in Information Technology is required
          • Expertise or knowledge of project management desired
          • Knowledge of BABOK
          • Expertise in and provide clear guidance in Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes and Technical Review Board (TRB) processes
