What You'll Be Doing
The French Bilingual Customer Care Representative 2 -(CCR II)
assist U.S. -dealers and employee with their Parts & Retail
inquiries. Agents are responsible for providing a timely and
professional response to a wide variety of inquiries and concerns
via chat, email, and phone calls, using available resources.
During a Typical Day, You'll
Promptly process and answer/resolve customer inquiries, via chat,
email, or phone call.
Communicate professional, grammatically correct verbal and written
responses to customer inquiries and concerns; educate the customer
Ability to maneuver through various systems to provide a prompt,
courteous and accurate information including:
Accurately respond to customer inquiries.
Document customer contacts
Initiate outbound contacts as appropriate.
Provide online support for applications.
Utilize available resources to respond to internal and external
Help identify process improvements and best practices for the

What You Bring to the Role
Reviewing and analyzing reports.
Understanding of Marketing Incentives.
1 - 2 years of customer experience.
Fluent in French and English
High school diploma or GED required
