For more information, visit Krayden, Inc. at www.krayden.com.We are seeking a top notch Technical Sales Representative who has a proven record of building and maintaining customer relationships. The responsibility of this position is to work with both engineers and purchasing agents to specify products for manufacturing applications. This position also includes selling composite materials within the markets of aerospace, military, marine, medical, and the tooling fabrication industry. The candidate will also establish and enhance customer relationships in order to increase revenue and profitability, as well as customer loyalty within the state of Florida. This position will make planned, value added outbound communications (face to face, phone, mail and email) to assigned accounts, prospective customers and qualified new customers in order to identify customer needs by gaining an understanding of the customers needs and then fulfilling those needs with Kraydens products and services.Key responsibilities: Proactive outbound communications Utilize customer profile data (SIC Codes, NAIS Codes, past history, geographic region etc.) to target accounts with the greatest potential and match business fit with Krayden Outbound face to face, telephone, email, fax and mail communications to customers and prospects in order to identify needs and provide Kraydens solutions. This will include interacting with both purchasing and engineering. Probing of customer / prospect needs in order uncover sales opportunities Responsible for promotion of Kraydens products and services building Brand awareness Responsible for retaining sales in assigned accounts Development and implementation of Account Plans / campaigns to identify additional business with past purchasers as well as new accounts in order to penetrate accounts and secure greater share of customers supply needs Complete all scheduled follow up calls/ communications Coordinate and execute special product offerings working in conjunction with the product managers to increase sales and vendor supportReactive Inbound communications Responsible for trouble shooting complex customer problems, inquiries / service requests Respond to Requests for proposals / quotes, regional referrals, blanket order requests, large order pricing / discounting etc. Assist inbound customer service representatives with complex problem resolution Answer inbound phone calls as necessary when at branchInterdepartmental integration Share issues and concerns with appropriate personnel which is pertinent to the relationship with the customer / prospect Partner with Marketing, Tech support and other departments as necessary to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns within TerritoryReporting and Special Projects Complete all deadlines for daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Attend regular ongoing sales and product training Resolve all customer issues in a timely mannerDesired Skills and ExperiencePosition Requirements: High School degree required, College degree / some college preferred. Minimum 3 years prior telephone or face to face sales experience Three to five years industry experience. .. Experience selling composites materials.
