Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking
full?time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in the Daytona Beach, FL
area, including candidates with limited or no professional driving
experience through a paid Class A training program. Positions are
available in OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets serving the
Eastern U.S., with assignments primarily east of I?35. What we
offer Stable W2 employment with year?round freight and consistent
work. Compensation range: $1,400 to $1,800 per week; pay issued by
direct deposit weekly. Exact pay depends on experience and route.
Fully paid training program for eligible recent CDL school
graduates (three to five weeks). Safety and performance bonus
opportunities. Reliable home time: weekly or every two weeks,
depending on fleet assignment and route. Late?model equipment:
assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Day?one

paid orientation. Training program (for candidates with limited or
no experience) Paid three? to five?week training for recent CDL
school graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at
least 120 hours). Training covers safe tractor?trailer operation,
compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre?trip/post?trip inspections,
DVIR procedures, and company policies. Progress is assessed through
supervised driving and competency evaluations before solo
assignments. Typical duties Safely operate a Class A
tractor?trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
Haul primarily no?touch dry van freight (approximately 70%
drop?and?hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S. Manage
schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain
on?time performance. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and
DVIRs. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and
team members. Perform pre?trip and post?trip inspections and report
any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Qualifications Class A
CDL drivers (W2) or recent CDL school graduates who meet
eligibility for the paid training program. For trainees: minimum of
120 hours of prior instruction to qualify for the paid training
program. Ability to comply with DOT regulations and company safety
policies. Professional communication and basic record?keeping
skills for ELD and trip documentation. Positions are based in the
Daytona Beach, FL area and operate primarily throughout the Eastern
