(HOA) Law Location: Orlando, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30
AM–5:00 PM Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote (work from home
Wednesdays & Fridays) Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation &
Benefits Salary: $95,000–$130,000 annually (based on experience)

strong work-life balance About the Role We are seeking a
Florida-licensed Attorney with direct experience in Community
Association (HOA/COA) Law to join a well-established legal team.
This role is ideal for an attorney early in their career who wants
hands-on litigation exposure, mentorship, and long-term growth in
community association law. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal
research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Represent community association clients in litigation, hearings,
and proceedings Manage cases from inception through resolution
Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable client outcomes
Maintain accurate case files and documentation Collaborate with
attorneys and legal staff to ensure effective case strategy Stay
current on laws and regulations impacting community associations
Provide clear, practical legal advice to boards and association
clients Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an
accredited law school Active admission to the Florida Bar Working
knowledge of Community Association / HOA Law (required) 1–2 years
of litigation experience preferred Strong legal writing and
analytical skills Ability to manage cases independently while
working well within a team Prior law firm experience strongly
