Attorney - Insurance Defense Position Overview We are seeking a
skilled Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense to join our
legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
insurance law and trial experience, with a proven track record of
defending clients against insurance claims. This role aims to
provide exceptional legal representation while ensuring our
clients' interests are vigorously protected. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings related to
insurance defense cases. Conduct legal research and prepare legal
documents, including pleadings and motions. Evaluate evidence,
assess cases, and develop legal strategies to achieve favorable
outcomes for clients. Negotiate settlements and manage case files
from inception through resolution. Collaborate with clients,
insurers, and other legal professionals to effectively handle
cases. Qualifications Jurisdictional license to practice law as an
Attorney. Bachelor's degree in Law (JD) from an accredited
institution. Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense
or related legal practice. Strong understanding of trial procedures
and insurance law. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
