Insurance And Much More! Job Details We are seeking a talented,
hard-working, and motivated Commercial Litigation Associate
Attorney to join our dynamic team in Orlando. The ideal candidate
will have three to six years of experience in commercial litigation
and a strong commitment to delivering passionate client service and
high-quality work product. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients
in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes,
business torts, and other complex commercial issues. Conduct legal
research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Manage discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories,
and document production. Provide strategic legal advice to clients
and develop litigation strategies. Collaborate with colleagues and
clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Attend court hearings,
trials, and mediations. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree
from an accredited law school. Admission to The Florida Bar or
willingness to become admitted. Three to six years of experience in
commercial litigation. Strong academic credentials and prior work
experience. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical
skills. Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Sound
judgment and a commitment to delivering high-quality client
service. Experience in handling complex commercial litigation
matters. Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for
