Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Vulnerability Researcher, with strong Customer relationships. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our contributions to our customer s success is driving our growth. nbsp nbspResponsibilities include, but are not limited to nbsp nbsp Interact with customers to identify their specific requirements and provide expert advice and direction on optimal and efficient means of achieving their objectives nbsp Act as key team participant in internal security research endeavors nbsp Engage in extensive reverse engineering of mobile and wireless technology nbsp Perform vulnerability analysis of mobileembedded platforms, applications, protocols, and supporting infrastructure nbsp Thoroughly document, in a manner suitable for widespread publication, all aspects of research including everything from initial discovery to methods and procedures used to findings and future research steps nbsp Maintain continuous awareness of threats, vulnerabilities, and techniques in mobile security and associated fields nbsp Provide insight into mid and near future mobile security trends, give expert strategic direction, and contribute both original ideas and technical content. nbsp Limited travel as required nbsp nbspPosition Requirements nbsp nbsp Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or other engineering field and 3+ years of work experience or Bachelor's degree and 1 or more years of experience with reverse engineering in a security context nbsp Familiarity with assembly for one or more architectures (x86x64, ARM, MIPS) nbsp Experience auditing CC++ source for vulnerabilities nbsp Experience with a scripting language such as Python, Ruby or Perl nbsp Experience auditing assembly for vulnerabilities nbsp In-depth knowledge of basic exploitation techniques nbsp Familiarity with exploitation mitigation technologies nbsp Experience debugging applications (WinDbg, OllyDbg, gdb) nbsp Experience with IDA Pro nbsp nbspDesired Skills nbsp nbsp Strong verbal and written communication skills nbsp Experience leading security research teams desired nbsp Experience as a primary technical contributor in large-scale projects desired nbsp Familiarity with at least one mobile or embedded platform programming environment desired nbsp Experience writing CC++ desired nbsp In-depth knowledge of internals of one or more operating systems (Windows, Linux) desired nbsp Experience with kernel-level programming andor debugging desired nbsp IDA Pro scripting (IDC or IDAPython) desired nbsp Experience reverse engineering complex applications desired nbsp Experience with fuzzers and fuzzing techniques desired nbsp Experience writing clear, concise documentation desired nbsp Math or cryptography background desired nbsp Telecommunications experience desired nbsp nbspSecurity Requirements nbsp nbsp US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Security Clearance is required Qualifications Requires Bachelor s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience.
