Job Description:
Our client in Cocoa Beach, FL is seeking a Technical Admin to
join their growing team! $25/hour. This role in 100% in office in
Cocoa Beach.Responsibilities and Duties:- Externally you will
handle customer technical support calls regarding ID badge printers
and our proprietary cloud-based badging software.- You'll be using
secure remote-into-PC software to provide setup and training from
individuals to groups of users.- Perform installation and training
for customers that purchase our systems.- Maintain an email contact
regiment to keep in touch with customers that utilize our badge
systems and have printers under warranty, ensuring they are
operating smoothly and meeting customers' expectations.- You will
document your work in our CRM to track the issues and their
resolution through completion via tickets for customer-facing
issues.- Your job will include internal servicing of the in-house
ID badge printers to maintain their performance levels and assist
fellow employees with related technical support issues.- You will
attend and participate in weekly operations meetings where you will
be accountable to report specific metrics, be assigned to-dos, and
solve issues related to the department in a team
setting.Qualifications:- Tech Environment- Microsoft proficient,
networking a plus- Cyber security awareness-Database administration
(MS Access/SQL)- AA/AS Degree Preferred or Technical
CertificationsComplementary Skills:- Microsoft Certified (Security
engineer, Administrator, Data Engineer, 365, etc.)- AWS Certified
(Practioner, Architect, Operations, Developer---)- JIRA application
