This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.Roles and Responsibilities:Design and develop test automation software for use across multi-domain, multi-platform system integration laboratoriesAnalyze and interpret formal and informal customer requirements and generate corresponding lower level requirements that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraintsConsult with customer stakeholders and present ideas in small group settingsCreate innovative technical design in compliance with established requirements.Build high-quality, fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical designDefine, implement and document system test.Perform troubleshooting as required.Perform multiple platform system integrationThis requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.Basic Qualifications:This requisition may be filled at either a Software Engineer level or Principal Software Engineer level.The basic qualifications for a Software Engineer are a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline and 2 years' experience OR Master's Degree in a STEM disciplineThe basic qualifications for a Principal Software Engineer are a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline and 5 years' experience OR Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years' of experienceActive DOD Secret or Top Secret ClearanceAbility to obtain a Program Special Access prior to start within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needsPreferred QualificationsActive DoD Top Secret clearance preferredLanguages: C, C++, C#, Python, OR AngularDatabases: SQLAtlassian Tool SuiteTest Software Design, Implementation and IntegrationMulti-platform, Multi-language System IntegrationDesigning / developing test automation scriptsRequirement interpretation / creation / managementTechnical estimating and schedule planningTroubleshooting / performance tuning / system administrationAWS Cloud development experienceSalary Range: 71100 - 106700Salary Range 2: 87600 - 131400Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
