A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Human Resources Business Partner
in Oviedo, FL. The Human Resources Business Partner would be

This would be full time / 40 hours per week, working on-site Monday

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of
employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time
employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Human
Resources Business Partner Highlights On-site role in Oviedo, FL
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM No potential for conversion to
full-time No potential for assignment extension beyond 13 weeks
Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities Serve as an HR
Business Partner for approximately 550 employees Provide
consultative HR services aligned with business strategy Deliver
integrated HR management services and programs Coach managers and
employees, promote diversity efforts, and support retention
initiatives Drive HR strategies and lead change management
activities Collaborate with leadership on talent development and
performance management Resolve HR escalations involving payroll,
leave, investigations, and policy application Human Resources
Business Partner Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
or a related field (Master’s preferred) 5 years of HRBP experience
in a large, matrixed organization Proven ability to influence,
build relationships, and manage through change Strong
communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Ability to work
100% on-site in Oviedo, FL Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree
in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or Business
