Human Resources Service Rep - Corporate, Associate Experience, Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY: To be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Service and Stewardship by supporting the administration of all aspects of Human Resources programs, policies, services and associate rewards. The Service Representative will provide guidance and assistant to all associates and respond to associate questions and concerns while supporting the Integrated Delivery Network of Health First. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * * Quality/No Harm: * Supports the day-to-day operations of Human Resources Administration including generating a variety of reports and spreadsheets, assists in audits, maintains accurate and up to date associate files and information, and generates correspondence of behalf of Human Resources Leadership. * Ensures data integrity in all system applications and processes including management of license tracking, assists with new hire onboarding, exit and termination process and rehire eligibility. * Assists in the Performance Review process with assistance from Human Resources and Leadership. * Assists in benefits administration and supporting open enrollments and associate services. * Responsible for accuracy of personnel and/or benefit files ensuring all documentation required by regulatory agencies e.g. Joint Commission and Agency for Healthcare Administration are up to date and accurate. * Responsible for associate finger printing per AHCA regulations and accurate data entry and integrity in PeopleSoft. * Create reports and spreadsheets for Leadership e.g. licenses/certificates due, Taleo reports, department lists, and other information as requested. * Partners with HRIS and Position Control to ensure Taleo and PeopleSoft accurately reflect changes in departments and job descriptions related to required licenses and certifications. * Act as liaison with regulatory agencies e.g. Joint Commission and Agency for Healthcare Administration. * Coordinate the annual job description revision process and maintain updated job description catalog. Stewardship: * Provide appropriate supporting documentation/evidence including all relevant policies to third party administrator on all requests for unemployment claims or subpoenas in a timely manner. * Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed. Customer Experience: * Understands and adheres to the Human Resources promises and the standards and behaviors that demonstrate those promises in the workplace. * Expertly fields questions and concerns from managers, associates, and co-workers utilizing appropriate interpersonal and telephone techniques to create a positive customer experience. * Promotes effective customer relations by responding to associates and leaders with answering all HR related questions and inquiries regarding policies, procedures and practices. * Supports Associate Recognition and Total Rewards programs and events. * Provide personal leave coverage for other team members within the Associate Service Center as requested. * Contributes as a team player with valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments and assist co-workers in peak volumes. * Performs all other duties as requested by manager to support the Associate Service Center. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: * High school diploma, associate degree preferred * Basic knowledge of HR practices, 2 years HR experience preferred * Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills * Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel * PeopleSoft database experience preferred * Must have excellent customer service skills * Must have demonstrated administrative and organizational skills * Knowledge of basic HR laws * Good knowledge of spreadsheet and database software * Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and associates as an individual and team member PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Able to lift, push, or move up to 40 pounds without assistance * Must be physically agile and have the ability to climb, stoop, kneel or crouch to gain access to equipment, files, and office supplies MENTAL DEMANDS: * Able to lift, push, or move up to 40 pounds without assistance * May be required to work overtime to support the team's activities in emergency situations * Ability to work in often stressful environments and communicate information clearly * Ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced busy environment * Ability to respond appropriately to unsatisfied customers Job: *Human Resources Organization: *Health First, Incorporated Title: Human Resources Service Rep - Corporate, Associate Experience, Full Time Location: Florida - Brevard County-Melbourne Requisition ID:
