Qualification RequirementsPerform multiple tasks, while maintaining required standards of operation in daily activities.
Perform duties that ensure Guest satisfaction.
Must produce items exactly according to recipe to ensure Guest satisfaction and control food costs.
Must follow food handling and sanitation procedures to control food costs and ensure Guest and Team Member safety. Ensures positive Team Member morale.
Must read Guest orders
Must listen for kitchen, window person and/or Manager requests in the midst of loud background noise
Must frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
COMMUNICATIONPays attention to guests' and coworkers' special requests to ensure accuracy
Responds to conflict situations and works to find appropriate solutions
