Job Description:

and efficient nursing care tailored to pregnant women and newborns
in our community-based settings. This role demands professionalism
and the flexibility to work as needed (PRN), adapting to the
dynamic needs of patients and their families while upholding HCA's
commitment to improving human life. Assess, plan, and implement
nursing care for pregnant women and newborns following established
clinical protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
ensure coordinated care and support Educate and support families in
prenatal, postnatal, and newborn care Monitor patient health and
respond to any complications with appropriate interventions
Document patient care services and outcomes to maintain accurate
medical records Proficiency in prenatal and neonatal nursing
practices Strong patient assessment and care planning skills
Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal communication
Ability to work flexibly and adapt in a dynamic, clinical

of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
