Job Description Urology opening in FLFull TimeMinimum Requirements:Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.Preferred Qualifications:Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification. Medical Degree M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent. Board certified in the appropriate subspecialty.
