Job Summary and Qualifications The cardiovascular technologist assists with all procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab including scrubbing, circulating, recording and monitoring patient status to ensure optimal patient outcomes. What qualifications you will need: Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Two years experience in licensed field and one year cardiac cath lab experience preferred ARRT registered or RCIS certification within 3 years of hire, if not a Rad Technologist with ARRT.
