Job Description:
Epic Special Education Staffing is actively seeking a
compassionate and skilled School Psychologist to join our team
dedicated to supporting students with special needs. In this
crucial role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and
parents to foster a supportive and effective educational
environment. Your expertise in assessment and intervention will
play a vital role in the development of students facing diverse
challenges. At Epic, we are committed to building strong,
educational pathways for children by providing outstanding services
and tailored support. Conduct psychological assessments and
interpret results to identify student needs and appropriate
resources. Develop and implement intervention strategies and
Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators
and parents. Provide crisis intervention services and support the
mental health needs of students. Advise school administration on
policies and procedures related to student psychology services and
special education. Facilitate training sessions for teachers and
staff on mental health issues and educational strategies. Expertise
in psychological assessment tools and techniques Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate
effectively with educators, families, and students Knowledge of
special education regulations and best practices Crisis management
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Must be a certified/licensed School Psychologist. Any additional
certifications in special education, child psychology, or
counseling preferred.
