Job Description:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about
providing high-quality therapeutic support and has a proven track
record in mental health services. The successful candidate will
join our dynamic team, contributing to our mission of making mental
health care obtainable for everyone. Conduct comprehensive
assessments of clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement
tailored treatment plans based on clinical experience and
knowledge. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
to help clients effectively manage psychological issues.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan or
coordinate treatment, drawing on social work experience and patient
needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy
sessions and patients' progress. Advocate for accessible mental
health services for all patients, especially those who might face
barriers to access. Educate the patient's family or support systems
on the appropriate support methods and overall mental health
awareness. Strong clinical skills in psychotherapy and counseling.
Expertise in applying evidence-based interventions for a range of
mental health conditions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and
build trust with sensitive patient information. Strong
interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. Competence in
crisis management and intervention. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Must have a current and
valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Certification in clinical practice or specialized areas of social
work is advantageous but not required.
