Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Melbourne, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,917 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Medicare Home Health experience required, including post-op surgical home health experience (i.e., orthopedic and general surgical). License: Florida State or compact license required at time of submission. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: - EPIC experience required. - OASIS experience required. - Weekend rotation required (5 weekend shifts every 6 weeks). - On-call may be required. - Preferred patient ratio experience of 27-30 cases per day. - 2 references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) from within the last year must be included with submission. Description: This position requires a registered nurse with experience in adult home health care. The nurse will manage a variety of patient cases including wounds, CHF, COPD, orthopedic, and surgical patients. Strong skills in wound care, including management of wound vacuum systems, feeding tubes, and IV care, are essential. OASIS knowledge is critical for this role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in performing post-operative care following general surgeries. Experience managing Pleurx drains and performing phlebotomy is preferred. Must have the ability to provide care for patients across different age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The daily census may reach approximately 750, with the expectation of managing 6 visits per day. Health care providers must adhere to all safety and health protocols including flu vaccine requirements. This role includes a weekend rotation and requires flexibility in scheduling to meet patient needs. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS
