Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Melbourne, FL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,905 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent Medicare Home Health experience required. Post-op surgical home health experience required (i.e., orthopedic and general). 1.5 years of home health experience required; 3 years preferred. Previous charge experience required. License: Florida State or compact license required at the time of submission. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: EPIC experience required. OASIS experience required. Availability to work 5 weekend shifts every 6 weeks. On-call may be required. Two references from authority figures (managers, supervisors, charge nurses, or directors) within the last year must be included with the submission. Description: Looking for a registered nurse specializing in home health. Candidate must have experience in adult home health care. Responsibilities to include management of peripheral IVs, central lines, ports, chest tubes (Emerson/PleurX), feeding tube care and management, as well as performing OASIS assessments. Phlebotomy skills are necessary. Experience in post-amputation, post-total joint replacement, and post-general surgery care is required. Wound care and wound vacuum-assisted closure management experience preferred. Experience in handling Pleurx drains is essential. Patient diagnoses may include wounds, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, joint issues, and surgical cases. The daily caseload is approximately 27-30 cases.
