Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Melbourne, Florida, 32901! Pay
Information $1,946 per week About The Position Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night
Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License:
Florida State or compact license required at time of submission
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: EPIC
experience required Available to float to other units or locations
Required to work holidays and weekends, every other weekend or a
total of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period Description: No call
required. First-timers accepted. Patient ratios are 1:2-3.
References from authority figures required, within the last year,
must be included with submission. Flu vaccine required during the
designated season, medical or religious exemptions only. COVID-19
vaccine required, medical or religious exemptions only. Pending
licenses are not accepted. Locals accepted at the same rate as
travelers. Contracted hours are guaranteed. Must be available to go
in for lab work within 72 hours of signing. Modules must be
completed during orientation and annually. Patient age groups
include adults and geriatrics. Daily census of the unit is 6 with a
total of 10 beds. Interdisciplinary support includes physical
therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social
services, and pharmacy. Patient diagnoses and special procedures
are not specified. Various skills are required, including
management of ventilated patients, administration of emergency
medications, and monitoring of cardiac drips. Additional procedures
and equipment experience may be required depending on the unit's
needs. Travel pairs are accepted, but schedules will not be
