qualified PCU RN in Melbourne, Florida, 32901! Pay Information
$1,850 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License:
Florida State or compact license required at the time of submission
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - EPIC experience
required - 2 references from authority figures within the last year
must be included with submission - Flu vaccine required between
October 31 and March 31; medical/religious exemptions only -
COVID-19 vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only
Description: The Registered Nurse will work in a Progressive Care
Unit. The expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5-6. Weekend shifts
are required, with every other weekend or a total of 6 weekend
shifts per 6-week period. Floating to other units or locations may
be required. First-time travelers are accepted. The unit handles
patients with diagnoses such as COPD, CHF, PNA, and COVID. Special
procedures may include chest tube management, high flow oxygen
support, and tracheostomy care. Interdisciplinary support is
available, including respiratory services, physical therapy, and
pharmacy. Experience with external CPAP/BIPAP and non-invasive
airway management is preferred. Candidates must provide references
and meet all vaccine requirements. Flexibility in scheduling is
required, and no block scheduling can be guaranteed. Travel pairs
are accepted but may not have matching schedules. All submissions
