Pay Information $1,788 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Florida State or compact license required at time of submission Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: EPIC experience required First-timers not accepted. Ratios: 1:6 Weekend requirement: Yes, 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule cycle. On-call requirement: No Float requirement: Yes Description: EPIC experience required. Experienced registered nurses will provide care in a fast-paced environment. The position requires the ability to float to other units or locations as needed. Candidates must have experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing. Weekend coverage is a requirement. Two professional references from authority figures within the last year must be submitted. Flu vaccine is required during flu season. Medical or religious exemptions are the only acceptable reasons for exemption from the flu vaccine. COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. Candidates should be skilled in patient assessment, care planning, and implementing nursing interventions. The ability to handle high-acuity patients and various medical conditions is essential.
