authority figures within the last year Description: The position
requires a registered nurse for a progressive care unit. The nurse
will manage a patient ratio of 1:5. Every other weekend commitment
is necessary, with a total of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
based on unit needs. The nurse will float to other units or
locations as needed. Candidates must have experience in cardiac
telemetry. The role includes using advanced monitoring systems and
managing cardiac drips. Candidates should be skilled in various
nursing procedures such as arterial line management, blood product
administration, and care of ventilated patients. Responsibilities
involve interpreting dysrhythmias and monitoring patients' vital
signs. The nurse will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to
ensure comprehensive patient care. Additional skills required
include managing IVs, administering medications, and providing
patient education. Candidates must adhere to infection control
protocols and maintain accurate patient records. Compliance with
vaccine requirements is necessary, with medical or religious
