Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified OB/GYN RN in Melbourne, Florida, 32940! Pay Information
$1,838 per week About The Position Job Title: Urogynecology
Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: OB/GYN
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 1 year
of OB/GYN and/or Urology experience required License: Florida State
or compact license required at time of submission Certifications:
BLS required Must-Have: - 2 references from authority figures
(Managers, Supervisors, Charge Nurse, or Director) within the last
year must be included - Medical or religious exemptions for flu
vaccine required Description: Client and/or Urology experience is
required. Shift is Monday through Friday, with on-call and variable
hours. May need to float to other clinic offices as needed.
First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend requirements are none.
Documentation system used is EPIC. No call is required. Floating to
another office or location may be required as needed. A medical or
religious exemption for the COVID-19 vaccine is also required. Flu
vaccine required from October 31 to March 31 with exemptions only
accepted for valid medical or religious reasons. Candidates should
be prepared for thorough background checks and must meet all job
compliance requirements. Candidates are expected to provide proof
of licensure and confirmation of their previous experience.
Additional responsibilities include obtaining vital signs,
medication reconciliation, and patient education on OB/GYN and
