Job Description Port Orange, FL - FT/PT - Employed - New
Graduates - Average Patients seen: 16-20 - Loan Repayment -
Compensation: Compensation is determined based on a variety of
factors including experience and the candidate's familiarity with
providing value based care. Potential range of $215k-$250k, with
the opportunity for production incentives. - Benefits: Offering

benefits. -10099 opportunities available.-$1,000 CME stipend.-3
weeks vacation, 4 sick days, and major holidays off.-Potential for

RESPONSIBILITIES: Call is triaged through an answering system.
Urgent needs filled by the physician. One weekend a month is
required. QUALIFICATIONS: -Will accept IM or FM physicians.-Will
consider those seeking part-time (minimum 2-3 days/week)-Familiar
with value-based care preferred-Will accept new grads who are
coachable and willing to learn the practice enviornment
